EXCHANGE & RETURN

You can request an exchange or return of the product no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. In both cases, shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

1. DOWNLOAD and fill out the PDF form to initiate an exchange or return: include it inside the package when shipping. 

2. Send an email to our customer service info@cherryblossom.it indicating the order number and how you wish to proceed.

3. Prepare and ship the package with your preferred courier. The only correct address to send the package to is: Via di Fontana Candida 30 - 00132 - Rome (RM)

4. After receiving and evaluating the condition of the product, if an exchange is requested, we will send you the new item; if a return is requested, you will receive a refund of the purchase price to the payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Items must be returned unaltered, in the same condition in which they were delivered, and with their original packaging.

Returned products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. If these conditions are not met, the product in question will be returned to the sender as it does not comply with the return policy.
